After a hassle-free pick up directly from your Waikiki hotel, you’ll set out with a private, knowledgeable local guide to explore the best of the island in one unforgettable day. You’ll travel along Oahu’s famous North Shore to the historic surf town of Haleiwa, where charming local shops and art galleries offer a glimpse of island life at a slower pace. Then, you can continue your journey along the coast, passing legendary surf spots such as Banzai Pipeline, Sunset Beach, and Waimea Bay, where towering waves have shaped Hawaiian surfing culture. You should also keep your camera handy for Turtle Beach and the Sharks Cove, where sea turtles and reef fish are often seen just offshore.
At one of these idyllic beaches, you’ll have the chance to take to the water for your snorkelling adventure. With all equipment provided, you’ll dive into Oahu’s underwater paradise to admire colourful coral formations and encounter the island’s remarkable marine life, from tropical fish and sea turtles to, if you’re lucky, dolphins or monk seals. While the exact itinerary may vary according to the conditions of the day or the interests of your group, you could also head eastwards, taking in sweeping views from Laie Point, a stunning lookout shaped by ancient lava flows, where your guide can reveal the Hawaiian legend it inspired.
